Sales & retail operation supervisor

Hello

  • Have knowledge and experience in fashion, specifically footwear.

  • Must have dealing experience with Department Stores (i.e., Matahari, Ramayana, Transmart, etc.).

  • Have good skills in relationship management, negotiation, collaboration, analytics, and marketing strategy.

  • Understand and keep updated with the current trends, market demands and competition.

  • Experience in handling daily retail operation, including but not limited to SPG and stock monitoring.

  • Experience in leading a team / managerial role (would be an advantage).

  • Passionate about fashion and footwear.

  • Effective communication, pro-active, data-oriented, target driven, and have team player mentality.

  • Proficient with Ms. Office

Your day will be like ...
  • Develop sales tracking, sales targets, and CEO’s KPIs based on the available historical data and input from Management.

  • Develop store planning and visual merchandising based on branding and requirements from Department Store.

  • Prepare competitive analysis and marketing strategy for seasonal events (e.g., lebaran, clearance sale, year-end-sale, back-to-school, etc.).

  • Work closely with the Merchandising team in determining pricing, promotional, and marketing strategy.

  • Drive sales at all department store counters and channels to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain store excellence standard including but not limited to stocks management, customer service and marketing practices.

  • Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate retail staff (SPG) with the objective of maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team's stability and morale.

  • Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently

  • Manage stores daily operations.

  • Work closely with Merchandising Team to maintain stock in each stores, ensuring there are adequate supplies. 

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing team for other offline Marketing events where necessary.

  • Work together with the Sales and operational Marketing team in determining pricing, promotional, and marketing strategy.
